Langdale Falls is a gorgeous 40-foot-tall waterfall cascading into a mossy canyon near Gibsons on BC's Sunshine Coast. There are two ways to hike to Langdale Falls and both are relatively easy and definitely worthwhile. I've got directions and info for both ways to hike to Landale Falls in this post.

Langdale terminal is located on the Sunshine Coast and is a 10 minute drive from the community of Gibsons. The terminal provides service to Horseshoe Bay (Vancouver) as well as a foot passenger service to Gambier Island & Keats Island. During the summer, there is a Marketplace on-site with food and shopping options. Check-in times

From Vancouver, it's a quick 45-minute ferry ride from Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal to Langdale on the South Sunshine Coast. From Vancouver Island, the ferry from Comox to Powell River takes 1.5 hours. You can walk on to the ferry as a foot passenger or take your car.

Sunshine Coast Connector Bus departs Langdale Ferry Terminal at 10:50am towards Powell River. Ferry to Saltery Bay departs from Earls Cove a t 12:25pm. Passengers will walk on the ferry at Earls Cove, walk off the ferry at Saltery Bay and board the BC Transit Bus #12 going to Powell River.
